You may enter WIN THIS UNDERTAKER GUITAR GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES Drawing sponsored by WWE Wines (“Sponsor”) by on-line entry. The WWE Undertaker Win This Guitar Giveaway Sweepstakes administrator is RZO Interactive, 250 West 57th Street, 23rd Floor, NY, NY 10107 (the “Administrator”), whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects.
To enter: Beginning at approximately 12:01 p.m. Eastern Time (EST) on Thursday, November 20, 2020 and ending at 11:59 p.m. EST on Friday, December 18th, 2020 fill in the (“Win This Guitar Giveaway Sweepstakes”) WWE Win This Guitar Giveaway Sweepstakes application on the https://wwewines.com/win-this-guitar/ website and follow the instructions to submit an entry. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All on-line entries must be transmitted and received between 12:01 p.m. Eastern Time (EST) on Thursday, November 20, 2020 and ending at 11:59 p.m. EST on Friday, December 18th, 2020. There will be a total of one (1) drawing for the WWE Undertaker Guitar with one (1) Grand Prize Winner.

2. PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING
Prizes are as follows:
1st prize: Winner will receive one official WWE Wines Undertaker Guitar.
Prize will be made available to Winner via Fed Ex Delivery. Proper ID is required. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes to be awarded is $350.
Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) electronic or digital transmissions or any entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed or misdirected; (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions, damage to entrants’ or any person’s computer and/or its contents, or causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Win This Guitar; (iv) any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules; (v) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Win This Guitar Giveaway Sweepstakes drawing, (vi) any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising of the offer, administration or execution of the Win This Guitar, or in the announcement of prizes/prize Winner/finalists; or (vii) malfunctions or interference resulting from illicit, malicious or injurious code (including but not limited to viruses, worms and denial of service attacks).

If the Win This Guitar Giveaway Sweepstakes Drawing cannot be executed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to, transmission failure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Win This Guitar, or if the Win This Guitar Giveaway Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Win This Guitar Giveaway Sweepstakes and reserves the right, but shall not be obligated, to select Winner from among all non-suspect entries received as of the date/time of such termination/cancellation or modification. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and prosecute any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry/voting process or who votes using any automatic or programmed entry duplication method.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR OTHERWISE CORRUPT THE WIN THIS GUITAR GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE WIN THIS GUITAR GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY, PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

3. LIMIT
Limit One (1) prize per person or dwelling during the Win This Guitar Giveaway Sweepstakes Drawing. Limit One (1) entry per person/dwelling/e-mail address per day, or Facebook account during the Win This Guitar Giveaway Sweepstakes excluding bonus entries. If more than one registration is received per person/dwelling/e-mail address or Facebook account, by any means (excluding BONUS entries), including but not limited to establishing multiple e-mail accounts or Facebook accounts, all such entries submitted will be disqualified.

4. RANDOM DRAWING
Winner will be determined by random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator on or about the days indicated in Rule #1.

Winner is only eligible to win once during the Win This Guitar Giveaway Sweepstakes Drawing. Winner will be notified by phone, mail or e-mail whichever is appropriate as determined by the Administrator. Winner may also be posted on the winner’s page of the Win This Guitar Giveaway Sweepstakes site: https://wwewines.com/win-this-guitar/ may be announced by news release. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules.
Valid entries received by the dates and times set forth in Rule #1 will be eligible for the corresponding drawing on or about the next day. Proof of e-mailing and/or registering does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt by Sponsor. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and agree to waive all rights and remedies at law or in equity for any claim they may have relating to Win This Guitar Giveaway Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned and decision of judges is final.

Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with Win This Guitar Giveaway Sweepstakes. No cash option available.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value of prize will not be awarded in any form. Prize is non-transferable, and no prize substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed. All income taxes on prizes are the Winner’ sole responsibility. All prizes will be awarded according to these Official Rules.

If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if the chosen winner is unable to attend the event for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. This Win This Guitar Giveaway Sweepstakes Drawing is open to legal US residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, and any United States possession or territory. The employees, directors, officers, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, WWE, their respective parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies, Sponsor’s advertising and promotions companies, alcoholic beverage licensees, and members of the immediate families (defined as any parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) or households of any of the above are not eligible to participate. No purchase is required for participation in the Win This Guitar Giveaway Sweepstakes Drawing.

Those entering must be of legal drinking age (at least 21 years old) and prizes of alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

8. LIST OF PRIZE WINNER/ENTRY BY MAIL

The information you provide will be used by Sponsor’s organization, its subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns, the right to use, publish, and reproduce, for all purposes, your name, pictures of you with product, general images submitted, or electronic (video) form, sound and video recordings of my voice, and printed and electronic copy of the information described in sections above in any and all media including, without limitation, cable and broadcast television and the Internet, and for exhibition, distribution, promotion, advertising, sale, press conferences, meetings, hearings, educational conferences and in brochures and other print media. This permission extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or hereafter devised. This permission shall continue forever.

By entering the Win This Guitar Giveaway Sweepstakes, you waive the right to receive any payment for use of any of the material described above and acknowledge that I have read the foregoing.
